2) REFLECT
look at this past week honestly
as a sacred review
- What overwhelmed me, drained me, cost me energy, or weakened me this week?
- What did I do that felt like performance or compulsion?
- What did I need before I behaved compulsively?
- What strengthened me this week?
- What did I do that felt fully aligned?
- What was the best part of my week?
- What mistake can I learn from?
- What made me feel proud and good about myself?
- What made me feel proud of someone else?
- What could I have made better this week?
- Who did I help this week?
- What is the most interesting thing I learned this week?
3) REPAIR
truth + relational integrity
prevents denial, resentment, and drift
- What truth did I avoid or postpone?
- What truth did I speak, even quietly?
- What relationship needs care, repair, or deepening?
- What relationship did I give more care, repair, or deepen?
- What pattern did I notice more clearly, in myself or the world?
4) INTEND
choose the next small step
move from reflection into wiser action
- What do I need to learn more about?
- What is my next experiment in wiser living?
- What is one small step I will actually take this week?
- What blessing do I want to carry into next week?
- What support or structure will help me follow through?
