by many influences and has become dystopian.
These coaching programs make up for

This two-session coaching process offers a gentle place to pause
and give that part of your life some attention and kindness.
In the first session, you will receive simple, compassionate affirmations and reminders designed to help you speak to yourself with greater understanding rather than judgment. We will explore how to use them
in a way that feels natural and respectful of your own pace.
In the second session, we will talk about what you noticed
— what helped, what surprised you, and what may still need care. Together, we will adjust the affirmations to reflect your experience
and continue supporting you moving forward.
